With our Asset Management solutions, customers can view all account information via our web site using our Customer Service Reporting and Tracking (CSRT3) software. Here you can find information such as work history by site code, equipment used, budget planning, and much much more!

EFS uses an integrated communications, database, and web technology platform to deliver service, gather knowledge, and manage the process of facilities maintenance for its clients and suppliers.

The system is web enabled and can be accessed through any browser. Access into the service delivery system is 100% web enabled allowing for the initiation of a service request and monitoring of the entire process through the internet.

Both customers and service providers have password protected access to their specific information. The firewall provides security managing access rights and privileges to the platform while the security hierarchy allows for multiple levels of access based on predefined authorizations.
