Our call-center
has many unique tracking and reporting capabilities designed to
meet the requirements of our customers.
This is
accomplished by using a state of the art computer information
management system. Our customers have the capability to place
and track status of service calls online. Our customers can also
access their equipment inventories by location online. EFS, has
also developed software to give customers instant access to
expense information that will allow for expense control,
resource allocation and budget planning.
